We normally don't do technical questions & tasks during interviews. You will get a short 1-2 hour task afterwards just to give you a feel for what you'll be working on with us.

We don't do daily standups, and prioritize results over total hours worked. We love to pair program via Google Meet whenever possible, and hang out on Discord.
